How do I send my patients to Rocky Mountain Oral X-Ray?
Simply contact our offices and we will send a package that includes referral information and fee schedules.
- Complete the short prescription form to order the x-rays you need. Any specific comments or requests can be noted on the form.
- Your office or the patient can call to schedule an appointment.
- We normally ask the patient for payment at the time of the appointment, but we can bill you directly if you prefer.
- We will UPS the radiographs to you within a few days. Patients can hand carry the records - with your permission.
Included with Every i-CAT Scan is:i-CAT Vision: Free software to view the entire volume of the scan and take measurements. A video of a 3D rendering of the skull turning 360° vertically and horizontally. |
